Upon completion of the Certificates each year, we offer a voluntary leadership program. This offers and assessment of the learners character under challenging circumstances. The curriculum is the same as that of the SANDF six week Citizen Force training program. It has been adapted and excludes the weapons training. IT involves the learners being accommodated away from the general public in “army tents”, learners enduring daily morning inspections, drills for prolonged periods each day and attendance of lectures.
